A champion of feline friends everywhere, our secretary Jackie G's journey with CBD for her cat Wendy began when her veterinarian recommended it to calm Wendy before her spaying procedure. "I spoke to my actual vet, and he says there are a lot of imposters out there. But if it smells like weed, it's the real stuff," Jackie recounts. She emphasizes the importance of using authentic CBD oil, as it proved effective in calming Wendy and aiding in her recovery post-surgery.
Nadjeda's Remarkable Success with CBD for Queen JJ
Nadjeda, our treasurer and Flawless Fur Mom, shared an equally remarkable experience with CBD oil , particularly in helping her cat Queen JJ through a challenging health issue. "I got a CBD sample from one of my friends who worked at Trulieve," Nadjeda shares. She also highlights the importance of ensuring the CBD oil smells like the real thing for it to work effectively.
Queen JJ faced an internal cyst that erupted, causing a "nasty gash" as Nadjeda describes it. However, with the application of a CBD salve and droplets in her food, Queen JJ's healing was swift and impressive. Nadjeda recalls, "She was back at it in a week! She did not scar or anything. I was thoroughly impressed."
